We collect information you provide directly to us when you:

We do not collect your Social Security Number, bank account numbers, or payment card information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and personalize the App experience, power the AI assistant, calculate tax estimates and financial projections, send payment reminder notifications (only if you enable them), and improve the App.

We do not use your financial data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant infrastructure provider. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest. Each user's data is protected by Row Level Security — meaning only you can access your own data.

4. AI Assistant & Data

When you use the AI assistant, your messages and profile context are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. Your conversations may be processed by Anthropic in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not permanently store your AI conversation history on our servers.

5. Tax Form Scanning

When you scan a tax form using the camera feature, the image is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Images are not stored on our servers.

6. Your Rights

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
