1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Adulting app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Adulting is a personal finance education app designed to help users understand financial topics including taxes, loans, mortgages, credit scores, budgeting, investing, insurance, and related subjects.

3. Not Professional Advice

THE APP DOES NOT PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL FINANCIAL, TAX, LEGAL, OR INVESTMENT ADVICE. All content is for educational and informational purposes only. Always consult a licensed CPA, financial advisor, or attorney for advice specific to your situation.

4. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.

5. AI Assistant

The App includes an AI-powered assistant powered by Claude (Anthropic). AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. Do not make major financial decisions based solely on AI-generated content.

6. Subscriptions

Adulting Pro is available as a monthly ($1.99/month) or annual ($19.99/year) subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADULTING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
